If you ask most
people what a high blood pressure diet is they will probably say more fruits
and vegetables and less fat. Absolutly right but if you ask those same people
to be more specifies, they may not be able to do it.

simply consume less of certain foods without foregoing them altogether. The key
is to more substitute more of the foods about lower blood pressure in the place
of foods that increase it.
